Cat-lover wanted for a cosy double room

Hi, I have cosy double room for rent in a beautiful two-bed attic flat in Forest Hill.

I am a teacher with two very cute and playful cats, so you will have to be alright with cats who demand lots of snuggles and tummy rubs. They will be missing the current tenant who is quite a cat-whisperer. I am also a teacher, so I get ready for work early in the morning and anyone moving in will have to be understanding of this.

I'm hoping to find a tenant who enjoys a relaxing and clean flat but is also open to hosting dinner parties for friends sometimes.

The flat itself is bright and airy, with a brand-new interior and a beautiful bathroom. Although the room is quite small, it fits a large wardrobe which can be bought from the tenant who is moving out, and there are two large storage areas in the eaves. There is an option to move some of the furniture around to make the eaves storage more accessible than it is in the current photos as well.

Council tax and most of the water bill is covered in the rent. You will need to pay 20 towards the water bill each month additionally, gas and electric come to about 50 a month and internet is 13.50 a month.
