Bright Double Room, get the WHOLE flat to yourself

My beautiful, bright, spare double room in leafy green Forest Hill is now available to rent. I only stay at the flat 1-2 nights a month at most, so you'll have the whole flat yourself almost all of the time you're there. It's perfect if you value quiet and privacy, living on your own, and space to have friends and family visit (happy to offer my room to visitors if agreed in advance).

I’d prefer a professional female who is tidy and will look after my home. Smoking is strictly prohibited in the flat, balcony or outdoor spaces

THE FLAT / ROOM
The whole flat is lovely and bright (triple aspect) - there is a modern kitchen, large living/dining room and bathroom, all of which have natural light. There's also a balcony off the living room, so a bit of outdoor space. Your room is a spacious and bright double, which is fully furnished with plenty of storage.

BILLS
Bills are £468 a month and include Virgin TV and broadband (fibre, 108mb average download speed), water, council tax (band C), service charge and energy (fair usage limits apply). On the days I stay at the flat we'll split the bills between us.

AREA
The flat is an equal distance to both Forest Hill and Sydenham (12 minutes walk), where you'll find a great selection of pubs, restaurants and shops. Forest Hill has great transport links with both overground and national rail services available. Canary Wharf and London Bridge are less than 20 minutes away, and trains are frequent. It's also one of the very few areas in London which has free street parking right outside the flat.

ABOUT ME
I'm very friendly, have lived in several shared houses over the years and always had a great relationship with my flatmates. I love a chat when I’m home, though I'm often out and about when I'm in London, so I'm rarely in the flat when I do stay.

SHORT-TERM RENTS FOR WHOLE FLAT
I may be able to accommodate short-term rentals for 1-3 months for the whole flat (both bedrooms - max 2 people). A flat fee of £2700 per month for 1-2 months stay and £1790 per month for 3 months would apply in this case.
