The flat is on the 1st floor, roughly 8 minute walk to Forest Hill station. The block is very quiet, surrounded by quiet gardens, very close to The Horniman, and easy walking distance to lots of shops, cafes, restaurants and Sainsbury’s.
You’d be sharing with me, 37 y/o female who works in the arts. I work Monday to Friday and ideally you would too. I don’t have any pets but isn’t a dealbreaker if you do.
I’m more than open to short term and also Mon-Fri lets. I have a garage too that can be included for an extra amount.
I’m ultimately looking for a quiet and respectful person with good energy to share the space with, please be in touch if you’re interested.
