This is double room on the ground floor, of a large comfortable Victorian house on a quiet street but with excellent transport links and local amenities.

Current housemates are a mixed, friendly bag of young professional who all get on well and also have their own busy lives. They work in; marketing, Technology and Healthcare sectors.

The room is light, airy and overlook the garden and is furnished with good quality modern furniture including a double bed (with brand new mattress), bedside, chest of drawers, wardrobe and workstation and chair.

There are two bathrooms in the house and one of the rooms, which is currently let, has an ensuite, so in effect sharing a bathroom with one other.

Ideally you will also be a busy professional, looking for somewhere clean and comfortable, to come home to with friendly, sociable housemates who will also respect that you have your own life as well.

The house has a large fully equipped kitchen/diner, this includes two large fridge freezers, dishwasher and tumble dryer.

The comfortable separate lounge (i. e not a sofa in the kitchen) has a TV and lots of seating.

The kitchen overlooks a pretty enclosed garden with space to securely store bikes etc.

There is also unrestricted on street parking.
