We have a big bright double room available in our 3 bedroom flat. The flat is a maisonette on the second floor of a 4 storey block of flats that ish equidistant between Forest Hill, Catford and Honor Oak Park. There are excellent transport links with a bus stop (including a night bus) right outside the flat.
We have a big, decked garden at the back of the flat, a shared living room, kitchen, bathroom, WC and spare room that we tend to use for laundry and visitors. The flat is comfy, cosy and relaxed, a nice place to wind down after a busy day.
Council tax, water rates and broadband internet is included in the rent.
