Hi! We're two flatmates looking for somebody to fill a room during July and August 2026.

The flat is a spacious, 3-bedroom, 2 floor maisonette on a quiet road in Forest Hill, a 10 minute walk from Forest Hill station (Overground and Southern trains). The room is a double room with bed, chest of drawers and large built-in cupboards included but otherwise will be empty.

About the Flat

• Well equipped kitchen with plenty of storage
• Well maintained bathroom with bath/shower upstairs and additional toilet downstairs

The flat has easy access to all of SE London and has excellent transport links to central London via train or bus. Additionally, the flat is close by a large Sainsbury's, a number of pubs, cafes and shops in the Dulwich area, a cinema (East Dulwich Picturehouse) as well as plenty of green space (Horniman Museum and Gardens, East Dulwich Park and Peckham Rye).

Flatmates are friendly, respectful, and keep the place tidy and we’re looking for someone similarly who wants to live in a chill, clean, and considerate household.

Rent (excluding bills) - £178 per week (£1,600 for all 9 weeks of July and August).
Bills – Approx. £120 per month.
Council Tax Band - D
