Room is £710 a month, not inclusive of bills( bills slightly vary but it’d be around £860 a month)

Deposit would be £703 that would go to the tenant who’s moving out

You’d be sharing the house with me and my little brother. The house is super spacious and we have 2 bathrooms so you would have your own!( We would occasionally use the toilet buh it would be yours otherwise)

We live right by Forest Hill station and we have a Sainsbury’s, gym, a coffee shop, a museum and loads of other stuff in walking distance

Rent is paid on the 9th of every month

We live above a nail shop but we literally have no neighbours

Of the two of us, my brother is definitely the conversationalist, I keep to myself mostly, but you'll find us both just chilling upstairs or in the living room.

The room is unfurnished so the world is your oyster.
