Rent is £800 pcm including bills, with £100 off for the first month for anyone starting by 3rd August.

Room & Amenities
It’s a room only let plus a shared kitchen with table for two and shared bathroom. You’ll be sharing the rest of the flat with a female nurse and two student brothers who are there until the end of August.

Broadband WIFI & other bills included; energy included too (subject to fair use).

Overland service connects to Canada Water and up to Hoxton/Highbury & Islington etc or the other way to Clapham Junction
The green spaces of Ladywell Fields, Blythe Hill and the Horniman Museum and Gardens in Forest Hill are close by too.
