Room in veggie house next to Horniman Gardens

We are offering a double bedroom with a circular bed, desk and built in wardrobe and cupboards. It is on the top floor of our town house. This bedroom shares a bathroom with one other person and is also on the top floor. The bathroom has a large bath and shower.

We are a friendly vegetarian family with two young children 6 and 9 years, so we are looking for child friendly lodgers. Applicants MUST also be vegetarian or happy to live in a meat/fish free household.

Our house is situated right at the top of Forest Hill just a few doors away from the beautiful Horniman Gardens.

The middle floor of the house is open planned with kitchen, dining and living space.

You will have use of our super fast 160mb unlimited broadband with fibre to the home and a decent Wifi signal throughout the house.

It's less than 10 minutes walk to Forest Hill station (maybe a bit longer to get back again as it's up hill!). Forest Hill station is extremely well connected with trains to London Bridge, Croydon and Victoria as well as overground trains to Canada Water (for the Jubilee Line) and Highbury & Islington.

Forest Hill has a lot to offer with a number of nice bars and coffee shops, a large Sainsburys and a new swimming pool and leisure center. There is also a Farmers Market in the Horniman Gardens on Saturday mornings which is literally two minutes walk.

We are also a short walk from East Dulwich with its many bars and restaurants along with the new East Dulwich Picturehouse cinema.

Rent is inclusive of all bills and use of washing machine, tumble drier and dishwasher.
