Double room available in Forest Hill

Hello,

The room is in a quiet flat and comes fully furnished with a double bed, a desk and chair, built in wardrobe, chest of drawers and a side table. Please note there is limited storage and it is not possible to bring your own bed / furniture. There is also no space for a bike.

The flat is on the 4th floor of the Perystreete Block (which you can see in the pictures) and is just a 2 min walk from Forest Hill station (Zone 3, Overground line). Direct trains to London Bridge/Shoreditch/Croydon. Buses to Lewisham/Victoria/Camberwell/Brixton/Elephant/Oxford Street.

A little bit about me since I live at the property: I like my own space and am often painting or reading. Or listening to podcasts. Very outdoorsy and enjoy exercise and keeping healthy. I also practice meditation and mindfulness.

Not suitable for night shift workers or people who are night owls. Ideally someone who goes to sleep at 10/11pm and wakes at 7am/8am.
