Two double rooms on the first floor, of a large comfortable Victorian house on a quiet street but with excellent transport links and local amenities.

Current housemates are a mixed, friendly bag of young female professional who all get on well and also have their own busy lives. They would like a new housemate who fits in well with this. They work in; Education, Technology and Healthcare sectors.

One of the rooms is really large with tall bay windows that let in lots of light. The other room is a good size double that overlooks the garden. Both rooms, are furnished with good quality modern furniture with a double bed (with a brand new mattress), bedside, chest of drawers, wardrobe and workstation and chair.

There are two bathrooms in the house and one of the rooms, which is currently let, has an ensuite, so in effect two bathrooms for 4 rooms.

Ideally you will also be a busy professional, looking for somewhere clean and comfortable, to come home to with friendly, sociable housemates who will also respect that you have your own life as well.

The house has a fully equipped kitchen/diner, a comfortable lounge with TV, and a good sized pretty enclosed garden with space to securely store bikes etc.

There is also unrestricted on street parking.
