Its a well kept garden in a Victorian conversion with dishwasher, washing machine. 23 minutes to London bridge or charing cross. Tesco local is 5 minutes walk. The bedroom is large with lots of storage and a high ceiling.

Non-smoker preferred, but front and back garden have smoking areas. Free on-street parking.

Well behaved dogs welcome!

Sainsbury's superstore nearby. Tesco local is 4 minutes walk. Convenient night bus connections, and bus stop on the doorstep. Corner shops with dry cleaners and food places on the same block (1 minute walk).

I keep the place very clean and tidy, so looking for someone who's up for keeping it that way. Social or private - I'm easy.
