Two Lovely Double Rooms In Forest Hill

We have two double bedrooms available, measuring 12'11 x 12’4 (see Bedroom 1 and 3 on the blueprint). They are bright, features a period fireplace, and can come furnished or unfurnished. The move-in date can be flexible. All bills are included in the rent.

The house is very clean and tidy, and we're looking for housemates who have a similar lifestyle. We are having some building work done at the moment to fix a subsidence issue, which will be rectified as quickly as possible.

We're generally up for a drink and socialising in the evening, but we're also very conscious of personal space and understand if you'd prefer some time to yourself.

It’s a large three-bedroom split-level conversion flat, with a large living room, a large kitchen with two fridges, bathroom (separate toilet) and gas central heating. It also has a spacious garden, which is big enough to have a barbecue - next door's cat is very friendly and likes to joins us outside!

There are plenty of local shops, pubs, coffee shops and restaurants, with a few supermarkets within walking distance too: Tesco (15 mins), Co-op (15 mins), Sainsbury’s (30 mins). Within a 15-minute walk are Honor Oak Park and Forest Hill (Overground), and Catford and Catford Bridge (National Rail).
