We are Mother and son with a very friendly mini schnauzer dog too. Our house is close to Forest Hill and Honor Oak stations as well as bus routes 185, 122, 75, 176 and 197.
The tenant would have shared access to the bathroom, kitchen and dining room as well as the large garden.
The room has a brand new double bed, a chest of drawers, 2 clothes rails, bedside tables and storage. You are welcome to bring your own bits and bobs too. Anything you don't need we can remove.
Please note I work from home and we would need someone who is out at work from Monday to Thursday during the day.
