Double Room in West Hampstead

Hello :)

This is a long-term contract of a minimum of a year. We are flexible on the dates: move-in can be any time between 15th September and 1st October.

The room is part of a house in a quiet and safe neighbourhood. We have a nice garden with a pond. The kitchen is big with plenty of appliances and storage space. The living room is quite big too, there's a piano and a dinner table where we normally eat. There are three floors, the room is on the middle one, we all share two bathrooms and a loo.

There are already 5 people living in the house, most of us work in arts and are normally working from home. It might sound crowded but the house is so spacious that potentially it never feels crowded. We all get on well and the atmosphere is quiet and respectful, with a homely, family vibe. Though we are often on very different schedues, we enjoy getting together for a dinner or barbecue when we can.

The house is just 2 minutes away from a Tesco Express and 10 minutes away from many grocery shops, charity shops and pubs/restaurants. There's a farmers market every Saturday. We are 15 minutes away from Hampstead Village and the Heath.
