The flat is spacious, tastefully furnished, and really feels like home. The living room is large and comfortable, perfect for relaxing or socialising. The kitchen is a dream: it has a gas stove, all essential appliances, and even a separate fridge for each tenant. It opens directly onto a beautiful private garden—one of the best features of the home. The garden has a covered area, a barbecue, and a small shed, making it ideal for enjoying both sunny and rainy days.
The bathroom has been recently renovated, is in excellent condition, and features automated ventilation. Everything is well maintained and clean.

The room is fully furnished with a high-quality queen-size mattress, wardrobe, and other essential furniture. It’s bright and sunny thanks to a large window that lets in plenty of natural light.
🐶 Who We’re Looking For
You’ll be living with one calm and respectful housemate who works as a dog trainer. While dogs are occasionally present, they are very well-trained and only use the garden—never entering the shared indoor spaces. That said, we're looking for someone who genuinely likes dogs and is comfortable living in a home where dogs may occasionally be around.
We’re looking for a clean, responsible, and friendly person who values a peaceful and respectful living environment.

Rent does not include bills. Bills are shared and cover council tax (Council Tax Band D), water, gas, and electricity.

The flat is located in a peaceful, well-connected neighbourhood with excellent transport links: tube, overground, buses, and national rail options are all within a 10-minute walk. Shops, cafés, and parks are also nearby.
