About the flatmates:

We are 2 young professional sisters (New Zealander-Indonesians) aged 27&28 who work in education and luxury retail and have called this flat home since Nov 2025. We are extremely house proud, take care of this flat as if it were our own and have a great, responsive landlord.

We are looking for another female within a similar age bracket, who is keen to be a friend as well as a roommate. We enjoy going to galleries and museums, having picnics in the park, a pint at the pub and exploring London and beyond.

Reference requirements: (these will be conducted by the property management agency so please do not enquire unless you have the following, as referencing will not be approved)

- Full time permanent employment with min salary of 30k (no students unfortunately)
- Guarantor (preferred but not necessary if income threshold is met)
- UK rental references

Bills: fluctuate between £150-180 pcm
