1 db bed room apartment with mainly Sole charge as main occupant is often away for work and family commitments so The second bedroom is locked with the main lodger belongings and kept available for when the main lodger is back home for a few days a month and will be giving 2 days notice to the other lodger
I m Looking for A female professional who’s tidy, Clean, quiet and reserved for a very cosy and calm apartment at the top floor of a quiet building, with great views and with lovely natural light from every angle & window ( double glazed)
This cosy dB room is Bright and airy with a comfy dB bed which opens up as a king size and closes up easily with good storage attached.
The room and the flat boast lovely views all around with double glazing windows.
The apartment is immerse in the sound of nature and birds from the main communal garden d/stairs from the main lounge and a juliet balcony
The flat is on the top last 3rd floor and there is no lift so if any mobility issues please this will Not be suitable
The neighbourhood is quiet, very discreet and the atmosphere in the flat is warm and peaceful for 1 professional and reserved female who works from home or commutes to work
It runs on gas central heating and gets warm quickly and has a super fast WiFi accessible from every room
The apartment is close to many key shops, buses, and also a train station New Southgate overground 2 /5 min walk and the tube station Arnos Grove is 10 min walk away for the piccadilly/victoria:
it is very easy to commute to central London in 30-40 minutes.
The flat is fully furnished and offers a fully equipped kitchen, a bright large lounge, smart working space available in both your room and the living room, a toilet with a bath and shower, a hoover, hair drier, with an iron and ironing board
Bills are not included (£120 c/t, £27 WiFi £20 water, and around £80 gas electric)
I do not ask for a deposit but a long term stay or a short 6 months stay with possibility of automatic renewal and for the rent to be paid 2 months in one go if possible from the moment you move in you don’t pay anything for the following 2 months ( except the bills) and so forth every 2 months the rent is paid in 2 months
This is to assure a minimum 3 months notice on moving out as the main lodger is mostly away and would need plenty time notice to organise alternatives for the right person but we can discuss this further on viewing
I d require work and bank refs, latest landlord refs, ur right to rent in the uk and finally a passport or ID /driving licence copy and I will also provide a house book to update each other on everything house related
I always encourage longer stays but I m flexible to discuss shorter lengths to the right person
The room is available with Viewings arranged ASAP for a long term or a shorter lodger sublet so please do Get in touch if this genuinely sounds like you as the room will become available on the third week of January 26
