8 minute walk to New Southgate overground station - with trains every 30 minutes running to Moorgate (8/10 minute train to Finsbury Park). Or 17 minute walk to Arnos Grove (Piccadilly line). For reference, it takes me 35 minutes MAX to get to Euston station for uni. Perfect for professionals or university students looking for quick links to central London.
