The house has an L shaped kitchen overlooking a well established garden and patio area. There’s also a super friendly cat called Bunny, who loves a bit of attention!

Very well located - 7 mins walk to New Southgate overground station, (zone 3/4) which goes straight into the city. Walking distance to Arnos Grove tube (zone 4) or a short bus ride to Bounds Green (zone 3) - both Piccadilly line tube and around 20 mins to central London.
One mile to lovely shops and restaurants of Muswell Hill. Many parks within walking distance. Ally Pally one stop away on the overground train or bus , so very convenient for events & festivals that take place there.
There is also a 24 hour bus (the 43) which can get you home 24/7 from central London.

The double room has a nice view and overlooks the garden. The bed has a premium, orthopaedic mattress with mattress protector.

Share with 2 females (one is me and another is my adult daughter) and a teenage male & one cat.

Rent includes all household bills inc high speed WiFi. Use of washing machine (1-2 load a week), kitchen & bathroom facilities.

I clean all communal areas of the house but you will need to hoover and clean your own room at least once a week and help with some chores like putting out the rubbish, unloading dishwasher etc.
I love plants 🪴 and am a creative person so have lots of projects on the go but like to keep the home as tidy I can.

Would suit a female professional. I would prefer a person who doesn’t work from home all week as I cannot keep the heating on all day due to the price hikes.
