Renovated double room with en suite!

I’ve just bought my first flat and looking to rent out the second bedroom and bathroom. It’s just been freshly painted with a built in wardrobe installed as well. A new carpet is being laid next week along with blackout blinds to be fitted. I’ve bought a double bed for the space and will be getting a mattress for the room as well in the coming weeks.

The living room, dining room and kitchen are all shared spaces. I’m clean and tidy but as it’s my first flat I want to take care of it all so would like someone who is respectful but also happy to watch TV or chat in the kitchen!

The property has large grounds out the front with 2 tennis courts that are free to book for residents, along with a Nuffield gym (residents get a discount) and the flat is a 90 second walk from New Southgate station which gets into Moorgate in 20 minutes (or Finsbury/Highbury Islington if you need the Victoria line!). Arnos Grove is the nearest tube and about a 10 minute walk away. The building has 24 hour security as well.

I work from the office most weekdays so am keen to have someone who doesn’t work from home very much.

I work in events, like playing tennis and travelling to new places. I really enjoy baking too so there’s usually always something in the kitchen!
