Single room in comfortable 1930s house

Hi room searchers,
A friendly (including child-friendly) female wanted to share our comfortable home in Friern Barnet (one six year old child).
I'm a part-time freelancer.
This location is great for folk needing to get to Moorgate, Kings Cross, HIghbury and Islington as New Southgate station is a short walk away. Also the Piccadilly line is a 17 minute walk away (Arnos Grove station).
It's leafy and safe around here and there's a good sense of community. Great shops in Muswell Hill only a short hop away on the bus (but we have the tube and overground here!). There's a great gym and pool five minutes away and the lovely open fields/countryside in Totteridge are close by.
I'm a great traveller and interested in sharing with someone from any part of the world. As the rent is low my ideal house mate would be someone who could babysit one night a week.
I'd include the gas/electricity in the rent.
