We have a double room available in Parsons Green in a house with 4 lovely ladies, as our wonderful housemate is moving home to save for travelling :(
About us: We are 26-27 and mostly met on spare room, but we are now besties! We are a mix of office workers and WFH. We spend a lot of time together with cosy evenings in and weekend cuteness (think pottery classes, coffee shop dates, mooching in the parks), but also love to go on nights out (pubs/raves/major boogying)! We are super excited for someone to join us and become a new pal! 🩷
We are looking for a sociable gal who wants to make friends! We also have a balcony and terrace for some outside space.
Important bits :
£950 a month including council tax and water, other utilities are shared amongst us and on average about £100 a month.
We are less than a 10 mins walk from Parsons Green tube (district line), and less than 15 mins from Fulham Broadway. There is permit parking, and you can get a permit for a full year if you need it.
Room is available around 23rd October 2024.
