Looking for someone ( or 2 people) that wants to join 3 current housemates in an application for a for a new 4 or potentially 5 bedroom house in Fulham ( dependant on changing one of the current rooms into a living room)
The house has a massive backyard, 2 showers with 2 separate toilets, currently being renovated by owners after last tenants have moved out, very large bedrooms up for grabs!

Our current landlord is selling so looking at new properties as we would like to stay together and looking for a new person to join us!

Would be great if 2 friends were wanting to movie together to take up the 2 bedrooms or else we can leave one as a living space

Housemates: you'll be living with Aussie girls Maddy (25) and Ciara (28). Both of us play Australian rules football and are quite active, however also are very social and don't mind a pint or 10. Lewis (25) works in social media marketing and spends his time making TikTok's and riding bikes now that he's no longer afraid of them. We are all very social and get along however equally enjoy our alone time. We'd love to find someone who can join us for our casual pints on the river, would preferably want a boy to keep the balance.
We have viewed and like the property just needing one more person to apply, would be able to arrange viewing with agent if you like.
