A beautiful spacious 3 double bedroom house in Fulham, 5 minute walk from Fulham Broadway Station, 8 minute walk from West Brompton Station. It's right in the centre of Fulham, close to all the shopping amenities and restaurants but still on a private street with on road parking.
We have a shared lounge and a patio garden with flowers. There are 2 bathrooms in the house and you would have your own small bathroom downstairs.
Rent is £925 excluding bills. Move in date is flexible throughout end of December and January.
The room has a double bed, cupboard, clothing rail and a large desk - perfect for working from home. There is also the option to work in the living room and kitchen tables if you require a change of scenery from time to time.
Fully furnished including kitchenware - pans, cutlery, glasses, plates etc. There is also a dishwasher!
We are two students at Imperial College (one phd, one medical) looking for another mature student to join us so that the house remains council tax exempt. We like karaoke and cooking good food, we keep the house tidy but are quite chill normal people who also live busy lives.
