Double room available in Fulham flat

Hi there, I am moving out of my room in a 3 bed flat between Fulham Broadway and Parsons Green.

The flat is over 3 floors, my room is on the second floor and we each have our own bathrooms, mine is across the landing (pictures included) We have a shared living room and a separate kitchen. The living room is light and spacious, and the kitchen includes a washing machine.

It’s a friendly flat, we all have our own social lives but equally when we are in would often hang out together. The flat is lovely, we have really made it out home here and added our personal touch. Nearby you have lots of great restaurants and pubs and easy access into the city. We are 20 minutes from Bishops Park where I often like to run and the girls both enjoy morning walks there too.

We are looking for a person to replace me as I’m going travelling. Female only and we are looking for ages 27-30 only please! Someone who enjoys to socialise but equally is also happy doing their own thing.

I’ve included photos of the bedroom, kitchen and living room. The desk, chest of drawers and cabinet are going but everything else is staying. I do have a video of the room if you’d like to see that.
