Spacious double Room available in Fulham Broadway

I'm Philip, and I'm looking for a new flatmate to share my place in Fulham Broadway. There's a huge lounge and spacious kitchen. Bathroom has a shower AND bath (as well as the obvious). Transport is terrific with Fulham Broadway station less than 5 mins from the front door, and bus stops serving central and southwest London even closer. Waitrose is directly opposite the flat, there's a Whole Foods round the corner, butchers, fishmongers, a Pure Gym 90 seconds walk, and a huge array of coffee shops, bars, pubs, eateries right on the doorstep. The flat is bright and fresh, and was decorated just as I moved in last July.

A bit about me...
I'm a composer and music teacher, and I work at a school in central London. I love cooking, going out, good food, a few pints here and there. I'm a social guy, but also like quiet evenings and chilling. I've been living here for 12 months and love the place. My current flatmate is moving out of the area and will be sad to see him go, but now looking for someone to take over his room.

The room is available from July 24th. Maintenance fees are included, but we split the gas, water, electric, council tax, and broadband. Approx £150 pcm.
