Double Room with Ensuite - Fulham Broadway

We have a great double bedroom with ensuite available in what is an amazing place here in the heart of Fulham.

Minutes away we have:
- Several supermarkets (Waitrose, Sainsburys, Iceland etc.),
- loads of great pubs and restaurants,
- gyms (puregym, F45, The Gym),
- parks,
- the list goes on...
It's well connected too, with Fulham Broadway station (District Line) a 5 minute walk away, and 10 minutes from West Brompton (Overground, District, and Southern Rail).

It's a three double bedroom flat, each bedroom comes with its own ensuite (so no need to wait in line for the shower or toilet in the mornings!). The room available is the largest, though each room has its own perks.
The property is rented unfurnished (aside from the beds, whiteware, dining table, and one of the sofas). However we have furnished the place ourselves (additional sofa, TV, kitchenware etc.).
The available room currently comes with a bed, wardrobe, bedside table and clothes rail (the photo's of the room furnished on this ad are from when the previous housemate was still here).

At the moment, our bills come to approximately 160 p/m each on top of the monthly rent.

A little about us:
Mark (Male) : 34y/o Kiwi, I've lived here in London for 8 years and been at this property for the past 4.5 years.
I work in IT, where I have the benefit of being able to work from home most days, where I have my home-office setup in my bedroom (I'll typically go into the office 1-2 times a week).
Very easy-going, tidy and enjoy a couple quiet beers throughout the week.
Salla : female, Finnish and 31 y/o - this is my third time living in London, bringing it to about 16 years in total. I work as a Programme Manager within global health and usually go to the office 3-4 days per week. Outside of work I am quite sociable and try to balance that by dragging myself to the gym a few times per week (with varying levels of success).

The kind of person we're looking for:
Ideally, we hope to find someone social thats happy to hang out during the week or on quiet weekends (go out for a walk/dinner/drinks or just hang out watching tv etc.), though more than okay if you need a quiet evening to yourself some days. We're not looking to have a party flat, but also not looking to live with complete strangers.
