It would suit somebody who values their privacy. Although I am easy going and friendly, I am fairly quiet and not a party person.
Although the kitchen space is shared, there is limited storage space so I would prefer someone who didn't plan on lots of cooking and have lots of pots and pans. You have use of washing machine.
There is a very pretty garden to sit out in, and also two cats and a dog so it's no good if you're not keen on pets.
