Double room with private study in Fulham

Hello! We’re looking for a new female housemate to join our house just a 5 minute walk from Fulham Broadway station, for a minimum 12 month let.

It’s a double bedroom with a built in wardrobe, as well as a private study with small built in wardrobe, both with windows overlooking the outdoor deck. This would suit someone who works from home or needs additional space. The rooms are separated by the bathroom, which you’d share with 1 other housemate. Both rooms come unfurnished.

The house has a living room and dining room, as well as dining table in the kitchen too. It’s furnished but we can make space for anything you’d like to bring.

We’ve lived in the house for 2 years, we’re both late 20’s/30’s. In the week we’ll sometimes cook together or be out for dinners, and on weekends we head out with friends, play tennis, enjoy a wine at the pub or get out of London to see family. One of us works full time in the office, the other works from home 1 day a week.

The room will be available to move in from 10 October, and viewings will be available after 16 September.
