The current flatmate is very quiet, neat and considerate, so you’ll have plenty of privacy and space.
The rent is £1275 excl. bills, and the room is available now and would be taking over my current tenancy agreement ending 14/09, with the landlord will extend the contract until May 2026, after which it would become a rolling contract.
