2 double bedrooms in beautiful 3 bedroom flat

Two double bedrooms for rent in a 3 bedroom flat share in Fulham (SW6).

Bedroom 1: In the basement but very light. This bedroom has a large King size bed and an ensuite shower room. We would be charging £1250 a month, bills included.
Bedroom 2: Is a beautiful room with a small double bed on the ground floor, for £1150 a month, bills included.

The flat is located 10 mins away from Fulham Broadway tube station and around 5 mins away from various bus stops. Our flat is on the ground floor and basement in a quiet street, with a small outside space.

Dates:
The flat is available as soon as possible, the candidate would ideally be ready to move in by mid/late-October. The room is available until end of November 2024 and the rental period could potentially be extended to December 2025.

Additional information on the flat share and the room:
There is currently one tenant (1 man), who we shared the flat with for a few months. He works full-time as a data scientist, is very friendly and always up or a chat.

We are looking for two working people (or two couples).

Bedroom 1: Has a king size bed, chest of drawers and a large wardrobe. The shower room is fitted with its own small sink and toilet. A desk can be added to this room if you would like (we previously had one against the window).
Bedroom 2: Has a small double bed (120 cm wide), two wardrobes and a desk.

We have also included images of the common areas in the flat – an upstairs living room, a downstairs living room and shared kitchen and a shared bathroom (shared with one of the flatmates).
