Hello! I'm moving out of my room in Fulham at the end of May, in a 3-bedroom flat shared with an elderly lady. I'm looking for someone to take it over in June. . I lived there for 4 years with this very discreet (and friendly) lady. You'll be able to live your own life; she's really easy to live with , and you'll feel right at home. The apartment (two floors) is a bit dated, but the room is very cozy and large.

- Fantastic location: Zone 2, a 10-minute walk from Fulham Broadway, West Brompton, and West Kensington, and 15 minutes from Earl's Court. A street full of shops and restaurants, with Lidl, Poundland, and Superdrug just minutes away.
- A very affectionate and friendly cat. You have to like cats because he needs love and will want to spend his days cuddled up in the room. (I'm leaving him with great regret; I would have adopted him if I wasn't going to Australia.)
- Housekeeper every other Wednesday - No heavy cleaning required. - Desk for working from home
- Plenty of storage space and enough room for shopaholics like me.
- There's a washer/dryer so no need to hang up your laundry.

Price: £800 per month, £300 deposit
Viewings are possible, of course :)

Note: Her 19-year-old grandson is also living here until the end of August, but you won't even notice him as he rarely leaves his room.
