I'm looking for a flatmate to join me in this lovely 2 bed.

The flat comes fully furnished and is really well kitted out, especially for a 2 bed. It has a large sitting/dining room, a nice kitchen (with a window), an abundance of storage, and separate loo and shower rooms. The flat is on the ground floor of a quiet road, and is very bright and light. The flat also has a large private garden, although access to this will be relatively limited, as it is through my bedroom.

The location is excellent, being a 5 minute walk from Fulham Broadway station and 10 minutes from Parsons Green. The flat is also right by Eel Brook common.

Your spacious bedroom has two built in wardrobes, chest of drawers, a double bed, and lots of room remaining for a desk and whatever else you'd like.

Now a bit about me... I'm 24 and will be commuting into Vauxhall most days. I'm a relaxed and social guy, who enjoys having some friends round for dinner, trips to the pub, checking out some live music or getting some sport in where possible.

Don’t be scared off by the 2 year tenancy. It’s really easy and inexpensive to do a name change if the need arises.
