Looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay? This bright double room is available from July 1st onward.

I am ideally looking to rent this room to a student, with a preference for those attending Imperial College, for the full academic year. However, if you need a place for a shorter period, the room is also available for short stays during July, August, and early September before the academic year begins.

What's Included?
This room has been recently renovated and comes with brand-new furniture. You'll love the French doors that open directly onto your own private skywell, offering a unique and peaceful outdoor space.

While the toilet and shower are just outside your room, they are exclusively for your use, ensuring your privacy.

You'll also have access to a fully equipped kitchen with brand-new appliances. There isn't a couch in the lounge, but there's an upright piano – if you enjoy playing, please let me know!

Location & Transport
The location boasts excellent public transport links to all parts of the city, making it incredibly convenient. It's particularly popular with Imperial College students due to its accessibility.

Availability & Rent
Availability: From July 1st onward.
Short Let (July, August, early September): Rent includes all bills.
Long Let (Academic Year): Rent includes most bills, but a 50% (because two rooms) contribution is required for energy bills.
