The room is in a 3 bed flat on Harwood Road right by Fulham Broadway. We’re literally a 2 minute walk to Eel Brook Common and 5 minute walk to Parsons Green.

Myself and my other flat mate are good friends and are very clean and tidy. We’re sociable, but love a Sunday roast and also chill. I’m 28, male and work on Investment in Chelsea and the other is 28, male and works in the banking industry in the city.
Rent will be £1,083 per person per month and INCLUDES rent + council tax + water + wifi.
Excludes gas and electricity.
The room has its own independent door to the street (quite nice for privacy) and a private en-suite.
We’re direct with the landlord (No agents) and they’re friendly and helpful.
