Our current flatmate has decided to apply for a degree so is he is looking to move out of London,
The room is in a 3 bed flat on Harwood Road right by Fulham Broadway. We’re a 3 minute walk to Fulham Broadway Station, 2 minute walk to Eel Brook Common and 5 minute walk to Parsons Green.

Rent will be £1,083 per person per month and INCLUDES rent + council tax + water + wifi.

The rent Excludes gas and electricity which we pay separately.

The room is huge and has its own lounge area, and a private en-suite.

We’re direct with the landlord (No agents) and they’re friendly and helpful.
