Large, spacious room in Fulham

We have a spacious double room available in our house, located just a 7 to 8-minute walk from Fulham Broadway tube station. The area is really convenient, with a main road only a 2-minute walk away, which has plenty of convenience stores, grocery shops, cafes, and more.

The room itself is large and comes with a double bed, a new double bed mattress, a computer desk, and a huge wall-to-wall wardrobe, offering plenty of storage.

The house has a total of five bedrooms, with two bathrooms and a kitchen. There is also a lovely terrace with a sitting area that is perfect for relaxing. You would be living with two other females and two males. We are all from the younger generation and enjoy socialising, often going out to the pub for drinks, so it would be great to find someone who fits in with our vibe.

The rent is £1,288 per calendar month including all bills and the new contract is for 12 months. The new tenant will be required to pay a one-off contribution of £150 for council tax upon signing the contract. A deposit of one week's rent is also required to reserve the room, which is then credited towards the first month's rent once the contract is signed.

We are looking for a professional who is in full-time employment. We can only have one person per room, so no couples or friends, please. We need someone who is a good fit for the house and who will respect our space.
