I’m moving out of my spacious double room (with an unconventional ensuite - private shower in-room and separate toilet outside) in mid-December. Suitable for someone looking to move mid-Dec to early Jan.

The room is in a large 4-bed house spread over three floors, featuring:

👥 Housemates:
You’ll be living with three friendly professionals (all Irish, late 20s–early 30s). Everyone’s sociable, tidy, and respectful - it’s a nice balance of doing our own thing and hanging out together.

Room available from 16th December (long-term let).
