We are looking for a new housemate from 28th June onwards as sadly our housemate is moving back up north to be closer to family after 10 years spent in London

The landlady is great and will fix anything super quickly, she has fitted new windows, and has redone the garden and kitchen 2 years ago. Worth noting the rent will be going up for this room by £50 a month from the end of September. Only looking for singles no couples and no students. Looking for a female to balance out the house.

About the house

You’ll be living with Ben a 31 year old Surgeon, Joe - 32 years old working in economics and Abbie, 31 years old - our finance girly.
- We all work hybrid from home/in the office a couple days here and there
- We all do our own thing but hang out together in the evenings (mostly to watch the traitors) so we’d welcome someone else who loves gossiping about our latest hinge fails.
- The area is great, plenty of bars and restaurants, parks, and the river nearby - bonus points if you’ll go to Pilates with Abbie or the gym with Ben.
- The house is great for hosting, especially for the annual pancake day party and we love a bbq in the garden.
