A friendly and ‘with it’ elderly couple are seeking a Sharer for their home to offer a mix of 15 hours’ help and company each week in exchange for the low-cost accommodation.

They would value the friendly company of having someone else living in their home. They are independent but some ad hoc general practical help around the home such as picking up shopping, cooking a few meals, light cleaning and tidying, simple tech support, taking the dog for a short night time walk, helping in the garden and ad hoc errands would be appreciated.

The accommodation on offer is a double bedroom with its own ensuite shower room and shared use of the kitchen. There is a ‘snug’ on the first floor which is for the Sharers use.

The property is a 10 minutes’ walk to Fulham Broadway [District Line]

The couple enjoy their garden, antiques and car boot sales. They have a dog, so a dog-lover essential.

As a Sharer you are free to work or study as long as you have enough spare time to give the agreed level of company and support. The ideal Sharer will be a positive, friendly, kind, helpful and reliable non-smoker who ideally shares some of the gentleman’s interests.
