My partner is moving out and we decided to let our second bedroom. It includes a double bed, a desk and chair (which can be removed upon request), built in wardrobes, night table, rug and ensuite bathroom with ample shower.

Professionals preferred, although students might be suitable depending on applications.

The lease is up for renewal soon so a slight change in monthly rent will be introduced. You will be included as a second tenant.

The flat has a large living room and kitchen (with dining table) area. Ample and sunny, lovely all throughout the year.
The flat is fully furnished (including kitchen utensils and if you need bedding), so it is ready to move in.

Bills will be split equally (council tax, internet and electricity) and are on top of monthly rent. Water and gas are already included in the rent price.
