Comfortable spacious double loft-room in a Victorian house in Fulham (zone 2), just a 5 minute walk from Fulham Broadway tube station.

Good for students, interns and visitors. The house is a 3 minutes' walk to the London Film Academy, and 6 minutes from Fulham Broadway Tube Station. We have fast fibre optic broadband, Gas central heating with thermostatic controls, and an ensuite private bathroom with walk-in shower. The room is well lit, with south facing windows. There’s very little traffic noise on this residential street. All mod cons, including fully fitted kitchen with two refrigerators, microwave, over and hob. 9 kg Bosch laundry machine. You can make great meals at home in a jiffy!

Room Description:

This spacious loft room is approximately 10 x 20feet. It has a double bed, chest of drawers and large desk with work chair. A flatscreen TV is available on request.

There are umbrellas you can borrow, and I am on hand to offer any help.

Fulham Broadway has a great buzz, being next door to Chelsea, with superb shopping facilities, restaurants, tube station, gym and cinema complex. Pure Gym is also only 3 minutes' walk away. Most major high street banks are around the corner. The house is also close to West Brompton Tube station and a short walk away from Earls Court with all its restaurants and other amenities.

The whole house has gas fired central heating and contemporary heat-efficient radiators. Rent covers all utility bills and broadband.

There is a cleaning charge of £35 at the end of your stay.

There is a large bathroom with a fantastic walk-in shower right next to the bedroom.

THE NEIGHBOURHOOD:
Quiet neighbourhood generally, with easy transport links to central London. Great food stores nearby by, including the Whole Food Market, Waitrose, Sainsburys, Iceland and the Coop, with a flourishing farmers' market on North End Road 6 days a week.

GETTING AROUND:
West Brompton station has trains that go to Gatwick Airport. Heathrow Airport is 55 minutes' away on the London underground.
