We are looking for a new flatmate to share out lovely flat from 01/02/24

You would be sharing the flat with fun, young and easy going flatmates renting a spacious double bedroom with loads of storage, natural light, study desk and a balcony.

The flat is perfectly located close to Central London in a typical cosy Fulham house.

The flat is situated in Zone 2 and is very close to the Fulham Broadway Tube Station District Line (a 5 minute walk). Buses also depart close to the house (28, 391, 295, 211).

Around this area you can also find plenty of quirky coffee shops, convenience stores (e. g. Tesco or Sainsbury's), the North End Road Market (good to shop fresh foods), gyms and pubs ...

The rent is £850 incl. all bills, unlimited Internet and Sky TV plus a deposit of £850 (refundable when tenancy has finished).

You will live together with 3 more (English (guy) Korean (girl) and Mexican (guy); sharing the well-sized bathroom, kitchen and cosy living room. They are all very nice and fun to hang around.
