Modern and very clean 2-bed central flat in Fulham

very relaxed, clean and tidy young professional here rooking for another flatmate of either sex to share this beautiful flat in Fulham.
Ideally looking for somebody around my age (29) to share who is tidy, clean and chilled out. Possibly somebody who has some form interests in life. Can't stand untidy, dramatic or over-problematic people.

The flat is a modern and ultra clean split-level apartment in Parsons Green (1 min walking from the District line, 3-4 min walk from Fulham Broadway). Fulham is an extremely nice area. A lot of resturants/pubs/shops on the main road with very nice houses and a very exciting atmosphere.

The flat is in great conditions (as you can see from the photos). It's is furnished with very high standards. It has hardwood in the kitchen and living room and (new and clean) carpets in the rooms. One amazingly large bathroom, with both shower and a bath tub, and an additional toilet upstairs.

It comes as it looks in the pictures, with 40" TV, 70 MBit/s fiber broadband, a super nice kitchen (w. refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, and a combo dryer/washing machine) and common garden with a BBQ area.

I am a very laid-back and relaxed professional (29, PhD in computer engineering) working near Victoria. I am a quite a active guy with lots of hobbies. I play piano (with headphones) and I'm into sports, electronics, tech, photography, music, motorcycles and mechanics. Usually I have lunch and dinner at work but I like cooking quite a lot and (I host dinners with friends from time to time).

The flat is a must-see. The rent becomes 1050 per month with all bills (flat rate including council tax, electricity, gas, water, broadband, TV license etc.).
