Large en-suite double room in great location!

Spacious and bright double room in a nice and comfortable 2 bed flat close to Fulham Broadway. This room is available to rent over the summer. It has a double bed, lots of built in wardrobe space along one side of the room and big windows (double-glazed). The private and spacious bathroom with bathtub is right next to the room. You will be sharing the flat with one other girl (a lovely and very easy going 30 yo professional from Cyprus).

About the flat (approx. 95m2): there are two floors with a very large living room and also big eat-in kitchen on the first floor. On the second floor there are two bedrooms, each with their own bathroom. The kitchen has a table and chairs, a washing machine, dishwasher, big fridge/freezer, microwave and oven. There is also a big balcony next to the living room and there is wifi in the flat.

The flat has a great location in a really nice and lively area with lots of nice cafes, restaurants, pubs and boutique shops close by. Pretty much everything you need is moments away, from supermarkets (Waitrose, M&S, Wholefoods, Sainsbury’s) and dry cleaners to a cinema and gym. There are also excellent transport links providing easy and quick access to Central London. Fulham Broadway tube station is only a 4 minute walk away and Parsons Green 6 mins (both District line). There are also multiple bus stops nearby (there’s even one right outside the flat) with buses (including night buses) going in all directions.

About me: I’m a 31 yo Marketing professional from The Netherlands but have lived in London for the past 5 years. I will be travelling over the summer and am therefore looking for someone to rent my room while I’m away.

The room is available from mid June to the end of August so for a total of 2, 5 months, but exact dates can be discussed.

The rent including all bills (council tax, water, electricity & gas, TV & internet) is £305 per week.
