As one of our flatmates is moving out, we have one room available at the end of May in a great house near Fulham Broadway Station.
All 3 remaining flatmates are PhD students in various topics, who like to go to concerts together, share a house dinner from time to time, cook and also just have a chat!
The room has plenty of storage space, a nice double bed and has its own bathroom. There is also a washing machine, a clothes dryer and a dishwasher.
The area is fairly quiet but very close to life. The house is 10 minutes away from West Brompton/Fulham Broadway stations and buses 295/211/434/73/N 11 come just near the house. North End Road cheap food market is just a few minutes away.
Rent is £640pm + charges (£20-30).
We are looking for a calm, easy-going person. Students are preferred, but any offer will be considered!
