To give you little bit of background about us (as the landlords). We take on numerous properties in popular locations in London, spend some time (and money!) on making them wonderful homes and then go in search of lovely, working professionals looking for great new flatshares in the heart of the capital.

Weve taken this lovely flat in a beautiful period mansion block, it is unbelievably close to Fulham Broadway tube and turned it into a home. Weve had our team fix up all of the rooms and our weekly cleaner to make sure the standard is kept all year round.

There are 3 large double bedrooms, all with their own TV with freeview and built in DVD player available in this great flatshare.

Fulham Broadway tube station is a very short walk (less than 2 minutes), Parsons Green Tube is less than 5 minutes, the famous Kings Road is a stones throw and bus links are excellent. Not to mention all of the restaurants, bars and shops close by.

We professionally manage the property ourselves and are flexible in length of lets. All bills are included(so you don't have to worry about electricity, gas, water, council tax, TV license, wifi, cleaner, gardener etc!).

The apartment is beautifully presented throughout and this also evident in the large, neutrally decorated kitchen and bathroom that offers a toilet and over head shower.

This room has just been redecorated, new curtains with freshly painted walls and a brand new, memory foam mattress.
