A wonderful double room becomes available now (early move in is also possible). It’s a lovely 2 bedroom flat, so you would only be sharing with one other person (who is a young professional female).

The flat is located 3 min walk from Fulham Broadway station (very convenient location and 2nd floor provides that extra security.)

The room comes with double bed with storage drawers and a large mirrored wardrobe. The kitchen has all modern things like washer-dryer, new oven, fridge freezer, etc.

The minimum stay is 6 months, the deposit is one month. The bills are not included. There are no agency or contract fees. The room is for one person only, so no couples, sorry.

If you are a student, it is likely that we would be asking for 6 months rent in advance and there will be no council tax exemption, ie, you would be splitting the bill with your housemate.
