The Tenancy is only for 6 to 12 month period due to personal circumstances.

The room is on the ground floor and very quiet and private.

There is shared use with one other person of a kitchen equipped with washer / dryer, fridge, freezer and integrated oven and hob.
Please note: there is NO LIVING ROOM. The is access to a patio garden at the rear of the house.

Fibre optic broadband is included in the price.

The room has a double bed and fitted wardrobe, table and chair together with bookcase as seen in photos.
Some furniture can be added to or reduced if not required.
There is also the potential to store suitcases etc in the attic.

A cleaner comes weekly to clean the en-suite bathroom, the kitchen and the common areas.

Hammersmith Underground is a 10 minute walk away or a few short stops on one of the plentiful local buses.

In addition, buses 430, 211, 74 stop close by and run into Central London, South Kensington, IMPERIAL COLLEGE, Knightsbridge, Waterloo and Victoria.
The N74 bus route operates all night.

Parking is possible on the street outside the flat subject to the local authority’s residents parking permit scheme.

There is a Waitrose, Sainsbury’s and Tesco nearby as well as numerous shops and coffee shops, bars and restaurants as well as a nice pub by the river which is a three minute walk away.

There is a park across the road plus a choice of gyms and a swimming pool as short walk away.

References and one month’s deposit is required, which will be registered in the Tenancy Deposit Scheme, before moving in. No other fees apply.

The rent includes all bills including Council tax band D costs.
