We have one room available in our lovely 4 double bedroom, 2 bathroom purpose built Victorian maisonette.

We are 3 young professionals, We are interested in a clean, calm and respectful house. We are friendly like to share a glass of wine, watch a trash TV show, also have our own friend groups and enjoy our down time and space. Not a party type house. We work in TV and film, marketing and as a teacher. We are happy for either male or female housemates but you will share a bathroom with a male.

Some of us occasionally WFH but this is maybe one day maximum two per week we are looking for someone similar with 9-5 type hours.

There's an excellent amounts of common areas which makes the property feel large, spacious and airy with tons of natural light. There's a massive lounge and a separate very good size eat-in kitchen/dining room. The property is located in Harbord St a quiet residential street but is just a one minute walk away from the bus stop with both Hammersmith Zone 2 (District, Piccadilly, Circle & Hammersmith and City line) or Putney Bridge Stations walkable or just a few bus stops away.

There are nice bars, pubs, restaurants and handy local shops 5 minutes walk away in Munster Village and some along the river also. Local amenities include Bishops park and the River Walk right at the end of the street, great for running, walking, cycling, Pubs and restaurants. Putney High St. with all major banks, shops, restaurants, nightlife and a cinema is also walkable or a quick bus ride. It's a great safe area.

The bedroom has a double bed, dresser, desk and wardrobe. Each bedroom shares a bathroom with only one person and both bathrooms have full baths with showers.

Parking
Outside there is on-street parking for two cars, with allocated permits available for purchase directly from the council. Bikes are never allowed in the house but there maybe a place to secure one out front.

Bills are not included and Gas, electric, water, wifi, council tax are estimated to be £110 per month per person

4. Proof you are a legal resident of the UK.
